The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Blood Disorder Medication. To be considered a responsive and potential source, interested parties shall provide a capabilities statement containing the following information: Business name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address. Business size, type, and SAM Unique Identifier Number Identify whether they are a manufacturer or distributor of Blood Disorder Medication. Vendor shall provide proof that they can meet the STAT orders delivery timeframe to be delivered within 4 hours. Vendor shall also provide proof that they provide bleeding disorder medication, list of VA Hospital Factor Product List will be at the bottom of page. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated requirement are invited to respond to this Request for Information via e-mail to Tyrone Whalen at Tyrone.Whalen@va.gov no later than 18 December 2023, 9AM PST.
