Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide aseptic housekeeping services, trash/cardboard removal, inspections and weekly walk throughs for all contracted areas including hallways, clinics, elevator areas, center cores, administrative offices, and other non-direct patient care areas specified at Portland VAMC. 3. Period of Performance: Base + four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension, if applicable. Anticipated start date is appr. 1 March 2024. 4.
