This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following in support of the VA Puget Sound Health Care Systems: VA Puget Sound Health Care Systems has a need for annual enrollment in American Heart Association s the Get with the Guidelines Database access. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. Contract Title. American College of Surgeons, Commission on Cancer 2. Background. This is for the annual enrollment in the Get with the Guidelines Database access to assist hospitals in tracking and benchmarking compliance with stoke core measures. This is an annual requirement with a Period of performance from 1 January 2024-31 Dec 2024. 3. Scope. Database access for tracking and benchmarking compliance with stroke core guidelines from the American Heart Association as endorsed by the Joint Commission. 4. Specific Tasks. Access to the American Heart Association s Get with the Guidelines stroke and STK Measures database as endorsed by The Joint Commission for the period of performance from 1 Jan 2023. 5. Performance Monitoring This is a site visit and annual Accreditation from the Commission on Cancer. 6. Security Requirements: None, the C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required 7. Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Government-Furnished Information (GFI). 8. Other Pertinent Information or Special Considerations. a. Identification of Possible Follow-on Work. b. Identification of Potential Conflicts of Interest (COI). c.
