If additional rooms are... The Contractor shall provide Hotel Services for Patient Lodging for preapproved patients for the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (MGVAMC). The rooms shall be fully furnished. If additional rooms are required and available, they shall be provided at the same rate. The number of rooms required during the contract period maybe subject to increase and/or decrease, as the need arises. Veterans, as well as significant others shall be referred to the Contractor's facility for lodging. Contractor shall be obligated to hold the rooms for patients until approximately 5:00PM every evening, Sunday through Saturday.
