Estimated cost: $34,858.95 Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: Only Midmark or their authorized representative/contractor can perform the service of the uncrating, setup, and installation of new Midmark exam tables while keeping the manufacturer s warranty intact. The equipment is brand new, in boxes, with full manufacturer s warranty. Using any other company/contractor (Stryker, UMF, Alco, Brewer, etc.) other than Midmark or their authorized representative will render the warranty on the equipment null and void. Therefore, only Midmark or their authorized representative can perform this work. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: No market survey was performed because this is specific to a single manufacturer, and must be performed by that manufacturer in order not to void the warranty.
