Please review the complete solicitation package for all details. An organized site visit has been scheduled, as outlined in the solicitation package. Additional site visits are not anticipated to be held. The purpose of amendment 001 is to provide answers to questions. The purpose of amendment 002 is to provide superseding SOW, Specs book, and doors schedule, as well as provide answers to questions. The purpose of amendment 003 is to provide answers to questions. The purpose of amendment 004 is to provide answers to questions received late that were determined to be in the best interest of the Government to answer.

This is a synopsis for a construction requirement. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available, and telephone requests for copies will not be honored. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 236220 and the size standard is $45 Million. General: This solicitation will be issued as a total set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small businesses. The resultant award will be a single fixed priced construction contract. Offerors wishing to submit a response to the solicitation are responsible for downloading their own copy, and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. Potential offeror s must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have an active account, and have completed the Representations and Certification sections prior to receiving a contract award (including the applicable NAICS listed above). To be considered for award, offerors must submit their proposals on the solicitation document posted to Contracting Opportunities website, to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Description/Specifications: The project magnitude IAW FAR 36.204 is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This project is to replace several doors located in various locations throughout the Roseburg VA campus to include automatic door openers and other related hardware. Please see the scope in the solicitation package for details. Solicitation Package: It is anticipated that the solicitation package for this project will be available for download from Contracting Opportunities on or around June 29, 2023. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which will be available at the Contracting Opportunities website. No telephone or fax requests for the package will be accepted, and no solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. All inquires must be via email, and all questions and responses to the solicitation will be posted to the Contracting Opportunities website as an amendment to this original announcement.
