Evaluating the National Implementation of Virtual Interdisciplinary Pain Care Teams-TelePain VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Health Services Research and Development (HSR&D) is seeking a contract with a vendor to conduct a multimodal survey for an implementation quality improvement project titled Evaluating the National Implementation of Virtual Interdisciplinary Pain Care Teams-TelePain. The goal of this survey is to understand Veterans experiences with pain and assess their clinical outcomes from receiving TelePain services. See Attachment A
