1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Blood Products and testing services, Portland VA Medical Center, Portland, Oregon. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26023Q0858. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621991 (Blood and Organ Banks), and the small business size standard is $40 million.
