This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for two (2) gas powered, low speed, 4x2 utility vehicles (1 van and 1 truck) for the Roseburg, OR, VA Medical Center. This is for BRAND NAME OR EQUAL as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C26023Q0527 and is attached. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 12/01/2022. (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Veteran Certified registered SDVOSB authorized sellers. The associated NAICS 336110 or 336112 code has a small business size standard of 1500 employees. The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or "Gray Market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. (v) Delivery shall be within 90 days from the time of award and acceptance and shall be delivered to: Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd Roseburg, OR 97470 USA (vi) Quotes must be emailed to john.macbride2@va.gov and received no later than the time and date as published in the attached SF1449 Block 8 Quotes may be submitted on the attached RFQ or the Vendor s own form.
