The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside RFQ/Solicitation for Brand Name or Equal To Stryker Laparoscope equipment for use at the Mann-Grandstaff VAMC (Spokane, WA): The Mann-Grandstaff (Spokane) VAMC requires Stryker Laparoscopes for use during Veteran patient procedures. This contract includes: AIM HD LAPAROSCOPE, AUTOCLAVABLE, 5.4MM x 0°, 30CM (3 each) (Brand Name or Equal To) AIM HD LAPAROSCOPE, AUTOCLAVABLE, 5.4MM x 30°, 30CM (3 each) (Brand Name or Equal To) AIM HD LAPAROSCOPE, AUTOCLAVABLE, 10MM x 0°, 33CM (2 each) (Brand Name or Equal To) Salient Characteristics: The dimensions/characteristics for this system are as follows: Supports visualization in 4K when used with Stryker1488 Cameras. C Mount Eyepiece. High Image Definition Optimized visualization of ICG Image remains in focus when switching from white light SPY mode and back Autoclavable to meet with SPS standards. The equipment must be compatible with the following items and meet the highest performance standards while used with compatible Stryker equipment/devices at the facility: Stryker Camera Box 1488HD Stryker Camera Box L9000 Stryker Shaver Box - 047510000 All items are to be delivered to Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center. This Brand name or Equal To RFQ is set aside for SDVOSB (VETBIZ Certified), fully qualified, OEM authorized vendors who have been authorized to provide original equipment manufacturer OEM items and have the capability to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this RFQ/Solicitation via e-mail to scott.james@va.gov no later than 04/03/23 at 11:59am PST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Priced Quote, company name, address, and business size, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address, OEM authorization to provide the items must be included in the response. OEM documentation confirming access to all required OEM items and parts must be included in the response. Please note whether items are offered on a current Government contract. Applicable Solicitation Provision: 852.212-71 Gray Market Items. As prescribed in 812.301(f)(2), insert the following provision in solicitations and contracts for new medical equipment: Gray Market Items (APR 2020) (a) No gray market or remanufactured items will be acceptable. Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM medical equipment only for VA medical facilities. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
