The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20 is looking for BRAND NAME or EQUAL of the following: Hologic X-ray High Voltage Tank and repair. Salient Characteristics Hologic X-ray High-Voltage Tank and Repair Salient Characteristics Must be a high voltage tank that is compatible with a Hologic Horizon DXA scanner. Work should include removal of faulty tank, installation of new high voltage tank, and any post install adjustments and calibration. Must be able to pass daily QA phantom scan and be able to scan a patient with no errors before Vendor leaves the site. Repair will be also verified by contracted Medical Physicist within 30 days of repair. Must be new equipment only and all items must be covered by manufacturer s warranty.
