This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following: The Portland VAMC, Spokane VAMC and Boise VAMC require the Lease and full service maintenance and repair contracts. The Leases will be for Olympus America Inc. GI Endoscopy scopes and equipment. The equipment to be provided are colonoscopes, light sources, video processor, etc. Equipment at the start of the lease will be factory new. Scope Maintenance Repairs for the scopes in this contract will unlimited as needed. Loaner scopes will be available when requested by the facility. On site loaner scopes of same the generation or one lower generation, not to be used routinely, but available for urgent needs should be provided within 24 hours. Only fully qualified field engineers and technicians who have gone through original equipment manufacturer OEM Potential Businesses having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment services are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Gregory.watson2@va.gov no later than 01/23/23. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address, OEM Certifications for Technicians to provide the services must be included in the response. OEM documentation confirming access to all required OEM parts must be included in the response. Please note whether system is presently offered on a current Government contract.
