This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential Small Business sources which can provide the following services: The Portland VA Medical Center (PVAMC) requires replacement Omnicell Anesthesia Cabinet equipment to ensure that the Omnicell cabinets and associated interface software work seamlessly. Portland VAMC has identified pharmaceutical dosing errors as a high risk/high impact requirement which has a measured historic impact on Patient Care and therefore has concluded ONLY Omnicell XT Anesthesia cabinet equipment integrated to existing Omnicell equipment and interface software will be accepted. This contract will include OEM standard warranties on new equipment and ONLY Omnicell Authorized distributors will be considered. Potential Small Businesses having the capabilities necessary to meet the requirement are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Charles.Hartwick@va.gov no later than 2/13/2023. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; OEM Certifications for Omnicell, documented access to OEM parts, please note whether system is presently offered on a current Government contract.
