This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is for the annual enrollment in the Get with the Guidelines Database access to assist hospitals in tracking and benchmarking compliance with stoke core measures. This is an annual requirement with a Period of performance from 1 January 2023-31 Dec 2023. Scope. Database access for tracking and benchmarking compliance with stroke core guidelines from the American Heart Association as endorsed by the Joint Commission. Specific Tasks. The American Heart Association will provide access to the Get with the guidelines Stoke and STK Measures database as endorsed by The Joint Commission for the period of performance from 1 Jan 2023. Performance Monitoring This is a site visit and annual Accreditation from the Commission on Cancer. Security Requirements: None, the C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required Other Pertinent Information or Special Considerations.
