The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roseburg VA Healthcare System currently has a comprehensive asbestos Operations and Maintenance Program (O&M Program) that needs to have an updated asbestos survey completed for 2023. The asbestos O&M program shall follow the requirements described in VHA Directive 7714 “Asbestos Management Program” and AHERA regulations. This will be awarded through a firm fixed price contract. Any contractor that believes they can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within the time frame listed on the posted solicitation. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements in the solicitation. The source-line would like to get the project started no later than March 31.
