The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contract Office (NCO) 20 intends to issue a solicitation for Reference Laboratory Testing for veteran patients of the VA Portland Health Care System, located in Portland, Oregon. Period of Performance: 02/01/2023 to 01/31/2028. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 621511, (Medical Laboratories) with a business size standard of $36.5M. This solicitation will be posted unrestricted. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price, Blanket Purchase Agreement. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation Package 36C26023Q0078 will be posted on beta.SAM.gov on or about 28DEC22. No solicitation packages will be mailed.
