Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal Services This is SDVOSB Set-Aside The service location is Puget Sound VA Health Care System, 1660 South Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108 and it s satellite facilities. The awarded contractor will: Provide hazardous, non-hazardous, and pharmaceutical waste generated by Puget Sound VA facilities according to requirements established by Federal, Washington State, local laws, licenses, and permits. Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to safely provide service. Have training in the following areas: designation of Dangerous Waste as per Washington State Dangerous Waste Regulations in WAC 173-303, Handling Hazardous Materials, DOT certified Over-packed containers, Transporting hazardous / dangerous waste, and training in handling and disposal of lab pack waste. Follow all Federal and State OSHA Regulations and take all reasonable safety precautions necessary i.e., PPE, and others practices to protect persons and property from injury or damage to personal or public property. Be advised there is no solicitation at this time, and this is not a request for quote. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of capable or qualified SDVOSB/VOSB sources to perform this potential requirement.
