Contractor shall provide professional services to include all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment and permits necessary to locate, test, and do minor repairs to all dampers within the Roseburg Veteran Affairs Health Care System (RVAHCS). This project is located at the Roseburg Veteran Affairs Health Care System (RVAHCS) main campus located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, Oregon. This project will encompass discover, inventory, inspection, cleaning and repair (when necessary), installing access ports where applicable and providing updated maps of locations of (~101+) dampers across (10) buildings; buildings 1, 2, 3, 16, 71, 81, 85, 86, 87 and 88. Contractor shall provide professional services to include all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment and permits necessary to locate, test, and do minor repairs to all dampers within RVAHCS.
