The Portland VAMC is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), or Small Business sources capable of meeting the requirement listed below. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Minimum Salient Characteristics: Pedigo Surgical Table and Stand This must meet the below requirements. Two-tier surgical table Second tier slanted at 10o LED lighting under second tier Hydraulically lifted second tier Electronically adjustable height from 49.9 to 52.9 Locking wheels Locking second tier Second tier needs to hold 160lbs, main table needs to hold 230lbs, and bottom shelf needs to hold 230lbs. Tabletop size needs to be available in both a 5 and 6 option Mayo stand must hold 50lbs must have a useable top surface of 20x25 and 16 ¼ x 21 ¼ must be foot pedal operated must have adjustable height from 36 to 62 must only have 2 wheels must have a lock to prevent tabletop height slippage Per VAAR 811.104 and 811.105, I certify the following regarding the above information: The salient characteristics listed above are essential to the Government s requirements. To my knowledge, the restrictions listed above will not limit the acquisition to an item peculiar to one manufacture. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112. Any SDVOSB, VOSB, or Small Business firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance, and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, July 01, 2022. Notification shall be e-mailed to Ladell Holmes, at ladell.holmes@va.gov. Any vendor who responds to this Notice must provide credentials to perform the requirement as outlined in the below scope.
