It is at the Government s discretion to consider responses to this notice. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Mann-Grandstaff VAMC (Spokane, WA) intends to award a sole source award to PROAIM AMERICAS LLC to furnish: Optometry Licenses and Annual OS Connectivity Service Plan for the Carl Zeiss Optometry Software Licenses and Annual OS Connectivity Service Plan (Zeiss Software Licenses). The projected delivery date will be 8/19/2022 (Software Licenses) and Period of Performance of 8/19/2022-8/18/2023 (Annual OS Connectivity Service Plan). This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement by the due date listed on this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
