Location: Service will be provided at Puget Sound VA Medical Center, 1660 South Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108. The awarded contractor will: Provide maintenance service for five (5) Elga PureLab water purification instruments, a building wide reverse osmosis (RO) system and 6 filtration tank systems. This will require annual maintenance visits and the service technicians must bring all the necessary equipment and replacement parts to complete the annual maintenance which will at least include one set of consumable items for each system and replacement hose or fittings as needed. For sanitization and flushing, the vendor will provide the necessary supplies and materials; to be brought by technician during scheduled visits. This potential acquisition will be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Be advised there is no solicitation at this time, and this is not a request for quote. The sole purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of capable or qualified SDVOSB/VOSB sources to perform this potential requirement
