Page 2 of 2 In accordance with FAR 15.5, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) intends to solicit and negotiate for a full and open, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Intravascular Ultrasound catheters (IVUS) and systems. The period of performance will be five-years upon award. The procurement is for IVUS Catheters and Systems in the WSNC catchment area which includes all stations under VISN s 17 through 22. The requirement is a supply and the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112. This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs (WSNC) 1601 E Fourth Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA 98661 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
