The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. Vendor can provide computer system validation consulting services with flexible and comprehensive audit-style documentation packages that help users reduce risk and comply with regulations and standards. Vendor service and support: The instrument must have a warranty for a period of one year from the date of installation (or 15 months from the date of shipment whichever is earlier). The instrument purchase must include an orientation session by remote or in person by a trained technical scientist. The vendor must offer telephone technical support and field applications, sales, and service support to help resolve chemistry and instrumentation problems. Other information: The VAPSHCS lab has experience with the QuantStudio real-time PCR systems and have been collecting data with the QuantStudio real-time PCR systems. For continuity and data comparability the VAPSHCS lab must have a QuantStudio real-time PCR systems instrument and software or equal. VAPSHCS needs to perform genotyping and gene expression analysis on regular basis. VAPSHCS lab requires a qualitative real-time PCR system that will fit in and streamline daily laboratory operations. With interchangeable blocks That can detect differences in target quantity as small as 1.5-fold in single-plex reactions with a large linear dynamic range That has high number of excitation and emission filters that offer at least 21 different color combinations That allow a broad range of detection chemistries and maximum multiplexing quick installation With high efficiency and high throughput That has the flexibility to run multiple experiments simultaneously. No gray market or remanufactured items will be acceptable. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
