Contractor shall provide all materials, herbicide, supplies, and labor to spray herbicide separate applications per year of commercial grade of Confront herbicide for broadleaf weed control. The contractor shall follow all Federal and State OSHA Regulations and take all reasonable safety precautions necessary i.e., PPE, and others practices to protect persons and property from injury or damage to personal or public property
