The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research to identify potential vendors interested in providing overnight lodging at a hotel/motel for Veterans who are receiving services from the multiple VAMCs covered in this Statement of Work during the covered public health emergency. This contract provides the assistance required for safety and survival of Veterans in an area without emergency shelter options available. Public law (PL) 116-315 section 4201(a) provides VA with the authority to use appropriated funds for Veterans and those enrolled in the HUD-VASH program during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency declared by Federal, State or local authority.
