The work is located at Vancouver VA Medical Center,1601 E 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661. The awarded contractor will: Provide tree removal service for four (4) damaged trees at the Vancouver WA VA Medical Center at Buildings 5 and 13. Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to protect personnel, furnishings, equipment and building from damage. If necessary, the contractor shall remove and replace movable items and shall repair or replace any item due to work performed under this contract equal to its original construction and finish. Said representatives will at all times be accountable and under the supervision of the contractor. Damage not identified to the VA representative prior to the start of work will be assumed the responsibility of the contractor for repair. The contractor shall follow all Federal and State OSHA Regulations and take all reasonable safety precautions necessary i.e., PPE, and others practices to protect persons and property from injury or damage to personal or public property
