1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Courier Services at the Boise VA Medical Center, Boise Idaho. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26022Q0030. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 492110 (Courier and Express Delivery Services), and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. This procurement is Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside. All SDVOSB Quoters must be verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database to be eligible for award. 3.
