A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. The solicitation number is 36C260-21-Q-0888 and is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 dated 01/19/2021. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 531210 has a small business size standard of $8.0 Million. The business has been verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed in the Vendor Information Pages database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov). Quotes must be emailed to Amanada.Drake@va.gov and received no later than 1pm MST on 08/27/2021.
