Must include available rentable square footage, pricing, property type, lot size, building size and year built. Must have the ability to research market trends and market pricing on leased property. Must have the ability to show sales and leasing values for the past 12 months. Must have the ability to show current availability status. Must cover the following states and territories (Regional Procurement Office West): Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska; Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma; Texas; New Mexico, Arizona; Nevada, California, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, and the Philippines Islands. Online access for the 20 licenses; please state how many individuals may use each license.
