The Veterans Health Administration Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking interested sources to provide patient bed repair, inspection, and maintenance services listed in Attachment A. Contractors must be able to provide service for one or more Networks (VISN 17, VISN 19, VISN 20, VISN 21, and VISN 22) listed in Attachment B. NAICS/Size: 811219/$22M Requirements: The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance and repair services to patient bed equipment in place at the ordering facility as requested. The services shall meet the inspection and preventative maintenance standards required by the equipment manufacturer and include all labor, commonly replaced items, travel, and other costs associated with the per job service. No grey market repair parts will be acceptable. The Contractor shall be able to service the full line of patient beds, mattresses, and ancillary items manufactured by: Agiliti Arjo Hill-Rom Joerns Sizewise Stryker The Contractor shall be able to service the following types of patient beds and mattresses as appropriate to the manufacturers product lines: Alternating Pressure Mattress Bariatric Low Air Mattress Low Air Loss Mattress Non-Powered Mattress Respiratory/Pulmonary Mattress Wound Care Mattress Acute Care Bed Air-Fluidized Therapy Bed Bariatric Bed Behavioral Health Bed Critical Intensive Care Bed Fall Prevention Bed Hospital Bed Medical Surgical Bed Therapy Bed Bariatric Bedside Commode Bariatric Stretcher Chair Electric Stretchers Potential contractors shall provide, at a minimum, the following information to Erik K. The capabilities statement for these sources sought is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
