Page 3 of 3 The Portland VAMC is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), or Small Business sources capable of meeting the requirement listed below. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Minimum Salient Characteristics: Salient: Are based on the facility s technology and current platform (CV-190/CLV-190) the BF-1TH190 is the only high definition, single channel bronchoscope that is compatible with the current equipment. Explanation: The BF-1TH190 bronchoscope allows excellent tissue visualization with HD image technology while providing an additional working channel for the physician to pass any necessary instrumentation. It can be used to stop bleeding, take tissue samples for pathology or place/remove any foreign bodies that might be encountered during treatment. A therapeutic bronchoscope that is compatible with the Olympus EVIS EXERA system we presently own. A therapeutic bronchoscope with an internal tube rotation of up to 120 degrees left and right that effectively reduces repetitive stress injury. A therapeutic bronchoscope that supports easier insertion and positioning of endoscopic devices (biopsy forceps, cytology brushes, snares, etc.). A therapeutic bronchoscope with HDTV that delivers bright, crystal clear images which details the bronchial surfaces during procedures. A therapeutic bronchoscope that provides electronic magnification from 1.2x to 1.5x that allows for close-up observation of bronchial surfaces. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334510. Any SDVOSB, VOSB, or Small Business firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance, and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, May 14, 2021.
