The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Minimum Salient Characteristics: Combined Video Magnifier and Text-to-Speech Audio for Visually Impaired and Legally Blind Patients Minimum of 24-inch full color display Must offer minimum of 1.5x-75x magnification Should offer Full letter page viewing Should offer Point & Read: point at a paragraph or word on-screen and listen instantly Must be Easy to see and find high contrast buttons Should offer Reading lines and masks options The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519. Any SDVOSB, VOSB, or Small Business firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance, and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, April 9, 2021.
