The procurement is for Endoscope leasing and Service program. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334510. Equipment at the start of the lease will be a mix of factory new and continued utilization of specific scopes from previous lease. Any lease program needs to match existing facility Olympus infrastructure. Since this lease program is a continuation of the expiring lease, this procurement is limited to one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies with satisfy the Agency s requirement.
