Due to the increase in COVID-19 patients, there is an urgent need for additional Philip s ETCO2 modules for the medical center s Intellivue Monitors. The Preoperative holding area (POHA) requires end-tidal CO2 (ETCO2) monitoring capabilities added to the current vital sign monitors, allowing this area to be used as an ICU overflow if needed during the COVID pandemic. It would also open up the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) for more critical patients.
