Page 3 of 3 CONTINUATION PAGE The Veterans Health Administration Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking interested sources to provide new test kits, maintenance, and repair services for Cepheid GeneXpert instruments in accordance with manufacturer s standards. Test kits, maintenance and repair services must not void the manufacture s warrantee or compromise 24/7 testing accuracy. No grey market supplies are allowed. Contractors must be able to provide service and test kits for one or more Networks (VISN 17, VISN 19, VISN 20, VISN 21 and VISN 22) listed in Attachment. NAICS/Size: 334516/1000 Employees Potential contractors shall provide, at a minimum, the following information to Erik K. Berg at Erik.Berg@va.gov no later than 16 July, 2021. 1) Offeror s name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2) Business type, size, and company's DUNS number. 3) If you have a current GSA contract, please provide the contract number. The capabilities statement for these sources sought is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
