CONTINUATION PAGE The Veterans Health Administration Western States Network Consortium (WSNC) is seeking interested sources to provide Pharmacy Benefit Management First-Fill Prescription (Rx) Services. Contractors must be able to provide service for one or more Networks (VISN 17, VISN 19, VISN 20, VISN 21 and VISN 22) listed in Attachment B. NAICS/Size: 524292/$35M Potential contractors shall provide, at a minimum, the following information to Erik K. Berg at Erik.Berg@va.gov no later than 23 September, 2020. 1) Offeror s name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2) Business type, size, and company's DUNS number. 3) If you have a current GSA contract, please provide the contract number. The capabilities statement for these sources sought is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. Responses received will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy.
