This contract will provide emergent and non-emergent ground ambulance services for the Roseburg VA Healthcare System, to include; Roseburg Va Medical Center, Eugene Health Care Center, North Bend VA Clinic, and Brookings Va Clinic in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a Single Award IDIQ contract that will have annual Task Orders awarded as per the needs of the VA. Period of Performance: 08/01/20 - 07/31/25 ALL Vendor questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by 10 July 2020, to both; Niel Chase @ niel.chase@va.gov AND Jacob Jackson @ jacob.jackson2@va.gov
