The Request for Quotations number is 36C26019Q0628. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The applicable NAICS code is 621330, Offices of Mental Health Practioners (except Physicians), and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside (only small businesses may submit proposals.) 3. The intended IDIQ period is a base year plus 4 option years. 4.
