This is a firm-fixed-price contract for Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription maintenance and technical support for an Environmental Management Operations Efficiency Dashboard, also known as the Unified Platform. The system is used by the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Environmental Management Services (EMS) groups to manage infection prevention efforts. It provides consolidated oversight and monitoring of EMS operations. This includes tracking inspections and deficiencies for performance improvement, as well as tracking the bed turnover process.
