The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified sources to provide uniformed, unarmed security guard services for the Fairbanks CBOC in Alaska. The contractor will perform internal and external patrols, respond to calls for assistance, and provide escorts, with one guard required on-site 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Services will be performed at 2555 Phillips Field Road, Fairbanks, AK 99709. The anticipated period of performance includes a base year from March 1, 2027, through February 29, 2028, plus four option years. Interested parties must respond by July 15, 2026, at 5 PM PST.
