The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that landscaping, pest control and snow/ice removal services are performed at the CBOC VA Medical Facility, 260 2nd AVE East, Twin Falls, ID 83301. Landscaping services will be accomplished in a manner that will maintain a healthy, pest and disease free, thriving, attractive, and professional appearance of exterior landscapes. Exterior landscapes include all areas surrounding the facility. Snow/ice removal services will be accomplished in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory and safe environment.
