The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: Title: Avigilon Software and Hardware–North Bend VA Clinic This project is for purchase of software and hardware for camera system at the North Bend CBOC. Following items are requested: 43 – Camera Software Licenses, annual subscription for Avigilon ACC7 Software. 1 – 24TB Avigilon AI-NVR Must be authorized Motorola Solutions (Avigilon) Distributor Contractor shall assist with installation and technical support. All items are required to be furnished within 7 days after award. NAICS Anticipated: 541519, Value Added Resellers Type of Contract Anticipated: FFP Delivery by: 7 days after award. Notes: Depending on the results of market research and socioeconomic set-aside decision, the appropriate limitation to subcontracting may be incorporated into resulting solicitation/contract.
