Maxwell VA Clinic, Bend OR - Department of Veterans Affairs THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: Title: Janitor Services Tasks: This specific contract is to provide janitor services for the Robert D. Maxwell VA Clinic located at 2650 NE Courtney Drive, Bend OR 97701. The facility is approximately 26,000 sq ft. Contractor shall provide all consumables, cleaning supplies and equipment, except for hand soap and hand sanitizer. Contractor shall complete the following tasks and by frequency located in Attachment A: Misc: Contractor staff must have approved background in order to work at any VA facility. VA fingerprinting and PIV issuance for the VA is located at Portland VA Medical Center, 3710 Southwest US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland OR 97239. FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) will apply. Contractor will receive notification from the Contracting Officer once FY25 funds are made available (appr. 1 Oct 2024). NAICS Anticipated: 561720, Janitorial Services, $22M Type of Contract Anticipated: FFP Period of Performance Anticipated: 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2029 (Base + 4 Option Years); additionally, 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services for an additional six (6) months is anticipated. Notes: Depending on the results of market research and socioeconomic set-aside decision, the appropriate limitation to subcontracting may be incorporated into resulting solicitation/contract.
