The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method and any possible socio-economic set-aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following supply items: Title: Delivery & installation of one gas 40-gallon tilt skillet/braising pan (Groen BPM-40GC or equivalent). Salient Characteristics: Delivery location: Puget Sound Healthcare System American Lake Campus 9600 Veterans Drive Southwest Tacoma, Washington, 98493 Must Have: Procurement, delivery & installation of one gas 40-gallon tilt skillet/braising pan (Groen BPM-40GC or equivalent). The equipment must be constructed from National Sanitation Foundation Food Safety compliant stainless steel & materials. The equipment must have a fill capacity of 40 gallons. The equipment must have a manual tilt mechanism to provide control during pouring. The pan must tilt to vertical for pouring & past vertical for cleaning. Controls must be enclosed in a mounted water-resistant enclosure. Equipment must have temperature controls up to 400F. Unit must have a ½” NPT gas connection. Must have 115V single-phase, 60Hz, 5AMP electric connection. The equipment must have a footprint no greater than 70 in (front) x 46 in (side). The equipment must have legs so that the braising pan/tilt skillet is at reasonable working height. Must be delivered & installed 90 Days after receipt of order. The vendor must clearly label & tag all boxes & crates with the Contract Number & Purchase Order (PO) Number. The vendor must deliver two user & two service manuals (preferably electronically) to the above points of contact. Delivery The vendor must coordinate with specified employees to coordinate delivery, installation, & other services.
