This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: TITLE: Unarmed, Uniformed Security Guard Services at Various Oregon VA Clinics SCOPE: 1. One (1) security guard shall be stationed at, patrol and survey the area surrounding at the below listed locations and the specific areas to be patrolled: Fairview VA Clinic: 1800 NE Market Drive Fairview OR 97024 Interior and Exterior Patrols Hillsboro VA Clinic 1925 Northeast Stucki Ave Suite 300 Hillsboro, OR 97006 Interior Patrol Only (3rd and 4th Floors) Salem CBOC: 1750 Gilchrist Street Southeast, Suite 130, Salem, OR 97302 Interior and Exterior Patrols West Linn VA Clinic: 1750 SW Blankenship Road, Suite 300, West Linn, OR 97068 Interior Patrol Only 2. Two (2) security guards shall be stationed at, patrol and survey the area surrounding at the below listed locations and the specific areas to be patrolled: Bend VA Clinic: 2650 NE Courtney Drive Bend, OR 97701. Interior and Exterior Patrols This site is allowed to go to 1 guard during periods of leave, call offs, lunch, etc. The VA will not be charged when the second guard is not on site. Portland Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC) 308 SW 1st Ave, Suite 155, Portland, OR 97204. Interior patrols only. This site is required to always have two (2) guards in place. 3. One (1) Supervisory Security Guard that can make rounds between the Hillsboro, West Linn, Fairview, and CRRC on a regular basis. Make rounds to the Salem Clinic at least once every two weeks. Make rounds to the Bend Clinic at least once a month. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: The Security Guards must possess Security Guard Licensing from the State of Oregon, Department of Public Safety Standard and Testing. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated services are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Danielle Carrico at danielle.carrico@va.gov no later than Friday, 15 September 2023 at 5PM MDT. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size; UEID # (from sam.gov), point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; capability statement and if the services are available on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 561612 is applicable to determine business size standard. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
