The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following: Title: Custom Square D 15kva Breaker for Main Switchgear for Bldg 82 Boise VAMC, ID Tasks: Provide 1 custom Schneider/Square D breaker. The custom breaker must be compatible with existing system. Product description: 15kv max voltage, 500MVA/ 25kA, 1200A, vacuum breaker type: VR-15050-12, 125VDC Breaker Close Control Power, 120VDC Breaker Trip Control Power, MOC Provisions Only and Charged Springer Indicator. Existing Factory Order No: 17-28056370-001, Catalog No: V5DB133Y000 Location: 500 West Fort Street, Boise ID 83702 Contractor shall be directly authorized to sell Schneider/Square D. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, UEID # and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; Capability Statement that addresses concern #2 and #5 above.
