22' Tilt Trailer, White City Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (VAHCS), OR THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method and any possible socio-economic set-aside. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following item: Title: 22' tilt trailer Specifications Required: Must be double axle. 2. Must be a bumper pull type with a ball hitch. 3. Must have electric brakes with appropriate break away system. 4. Must have a tilt down platform w/ hydraulic dampening cylinder at the rear for equipment loading 5. Must have a GVWR of at least 17,500 pounds. 6. Must have a bed of 20 ft long and 83 inches wide. 7. Must have a trailer tongue jack and be fully wired for lights. 8. Must have a rub rail and stake pockets or tie down rings along the sides 9. Must have fenders. Locations: White City VA Rehabilitation Center & Clinics 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, OR 97503 A DRAFT statement of requirement is attached. The Government is accepting industry comment on the specifications. Comments may or may not be incorporated, at the discretion of the Government. Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated equipment are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Alan Perez at Alan.Perez@va.gov no later than Thursday, 26 Jan 2023 at 3PM EST.
