The contractor must provide key personnel to perform onsite Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) duties for the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS). The RSO will oversee daily radiation safety operations, report to the Chief of Staff or designee, and ensure compliance with federal and VHA radiation safety regulations, including fluoroscopy procedures and applicable directives. Services will be performed onsite at the Jack C Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK; the Ernest Childers VA Outpatient Clinic in Tulsa, OK; and the James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
