The VA VISN 19/NCO 19 is conducting a sources-sought/RFI market research effort to identify qualified sources for onsite inpatient dialysis services at the James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center, 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, OK 74127. Services would cover all inpatient hemodialysis needs, acute and/or recurrent, supporting intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) and prolonged intermittent renal replacement therapy (PIRRT), with contractor-furnished key personnel and dialysis-specific equipment. Contractor personnel must be available evenings, weekends, and federal holidays for a 24/7/365 facility, with phone availability within 15 minutes and onsite response within 4 hours. The contemplated period of performance is one base year plus four option years. The notice seeks capability statements and industry comments, including on NAICS 621492 (Kidney Dialysis Centers), to inform acquisition decisions; it is not a solicitation and does not commit the government to award.
