The VA Veterans Health Administration Network Contracting Office 19 is conducting market research via this RFI/sources-sought for a potential five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (projected 04/01/2027–03/31/2032) for Brand Name Polymedco immunochemical fecal occult blood testing (iFOBT) on a cost-per-reportable-result basis. The contractor would provide all equipment, reagents, standards, controls, supplies, consumables, parts, service, accessories, and peripherals needed for contractor-owned OC-Auto Sensor iO analyzers, including an extended service plan with weekday 8am–5pm service and annual preventive maintenance, with 24/7 service only at Eastern Colorado VA Health Care System due to higher CPRR.
